Certification and Examination Guidelines at LearnHub4U
At LearnHub4U, we are dedicated to maintaining a fair, transparent, and enriching assessment process
that fosters continuous learning and skill enhancement. The following guidelines define the policies
for internal assessments, final examinations, and certification procedures.
1. Exam Registration
- All learners are required to register for both internal semester examinations and the final
examination.
- The first attempt for each exam is free of charge, with no registration fee applicable.
- However, a re-examination fee will be charged for any subsequent attempts of the semester or
final exams.
2. Exam Eligibility (For 11- Month Programs)
- Semester 1: Learners become eligible 90 days after the batch start date.
- Semester 2: Learners become eligible 180 days after the batch start date.
- Semester 3: Learners become eligible 240 days after the batch start date.
- Final Examination: Learners become eligible 270 days after the batch start date.
3. Eligibility Criteria for LearnHub4U Certification
Attendance Requirement:
Learners are required to maintain a minimum attendance of 70% throughout the entire duration of the
program to remain eligible.
Score Requirement:
Learners must obtain a minimum aggregate score of 50% across all internal semester examinations and
the final exam to qualify.
4. Third-Party Certification and Examination
- Certification fee waivers are available only for select programs. Eligibility details are
provided in the program brochure or on the support portal.
- Learners can pursue third-party certifications from organizations approved by LearnHub4U. The
list of approved certifications is subject to change at LearnHub4U discretion.
- Examinations may be conducted on LearnHub4U platform, partner platforms, or directly on the
third-party organization’s platform.
- Learners may be required to attend additional training sessions or preparatory classes for
certain certifications.
- Certification bodies such as IBM, Nasscom, Microsoft, and others retain full ownership of their
respective trademarks and rights. Learners may need to create accounts on these platforms using
the same personal details registered with LearnHub4U for verification purposes.
- In case of exam failure or reattempt, the exam fees charged by the third-party organization
(excluding taxes) will be applicable.
Eligibility for Third-Party Certification:
- Learners must successfully pass the internal LearnHub4U final examination to become eligible for
third-party certification.
- Only those enrolled in programs that explicitly include third-party certifications are qualified
to participate.

5. Examination Failure, Absence, and Rescheduling
- Learners are solely responsible for adequately preparing for all certification examinations.
- Once an exam registration is completed, rescheduling will not be permitted.
- If a learner misses a scheduled exam, they must pay the applicable fee for any subsequent
attempt.
- LearnHub4U assumes no liability for exam failures, whether in internal assessments or
third-party certifications.
- Learners are strongly encouraged to plan their schedules in advance to avoid additional fees or
inconvenience.
6. Examination Format and Platform
- All certification exams are administered in a Computer-Based Test (CBT) format.
- Examinations may be conducted on the LearnHub4U platform, through partner software, or via
approved third-party portals.
- While LearnHub4U strives to ensure a smooth and reliable exam experience, unforeseen technical
or logistical issues may occasionally occur. In such cases, learners may be required to reappear
for the exam at no additional cost to uphold the fairness and integrity of the assessment
process.
7. Additional Guidelines
Attendance Requirement:
Learners must maintain a minimum attendance of 70% in all delivered lectures to qualify for any
semester examination.
Internal Assessments:
- Learners are required to complete all internal assessments before appearing for the
corresponding semester examination.
- In the event of a semester exam failure, the marks obtained in internal assessments will be
retained and carried forward.
AI and Remote Proctoring:
- Learners are required to provide consent for AI-assisted remote proctoring when appearing for
online examinations.
- All exams will be monitored in real time through live video and audio, utilizing a combination
of AI tools and human proctors to oversee the session and workspace.
- Each session will be recorded, and the proctor will verify the learner’s identity prior to the
start of the examination.
