Learnhub4u Refund Policy

At LearnHub4U, we are deeply committed to our learners’ success and satisfaction. We understand that advancing your skills and pursuing career growth requires a meaningful investment of time, effort, and resources. Our mission is to guide and support you throughout this journey. However, we also acknowledge that unexpected situations may occur. To maintain transparency and fairness, we have established a clear refund policy designed to address such circumstances responsibly.

Registration Fee

The Registration Fee is non-refundable, regardless of the payment method used. This fee covers the setup and activation of your personalized LMS account and learner dashboard.

The Admission Fee represents the full payment for the selected program, excluding the registration charge. Upon successful payment, your classes will be scheduled, and you will gain full access to the Learning Management System (LMS) and its resources.

The Admission Fee (excluding the non-refundable registration fee) is eligible for a refund only if a request is submitted within 7 days of completing the full program payment.

Important: Any refund requests made after the 7-day period will not be considered or processed under any circumstances.

No Refund Will Be Applicable in the Following Cases:

  • If the 7-day refund period has passed from the date of purchase.
  • If the learner has availed an education loan through a third-party financer (e.g., Kuhoo, Bajaj Finserv, Akshar).
  • If the course has been offered at a subsidized or discounted price.
  • If the learner has opted to pay the course fee in installments.

Note: LearnHub4U reserves the right to reschedule or postpone classes in the event of any unavoidable circumstances. If LearnHub4U cancels a learner’s admission for any reason, the admission fee will be refunded after deducting the applicable GST charges.

Refund Process

Upon receiving a refund request, LearnHub4U will initiate a verification process to confirm that all eligibility criteria are met. Once the verification is successfully completed, the refund will be processed within 7 days.

Refund Amount

The refund amount will correspond to the course fee paid by the learner at the time of enrollment, excluding GST charges and the non-refundable Registration Fee.
